(1) The registrar shall submit the application under section 12 to the relevant committee to register the name in the register book after making necessary checks.
(2) On the application submitted according to sub-section (1), the relevant committee shall submit a report to the council within fifteen days after examining whether the degree related to the qualification is recognized or not and whether the application is properly submitted.
(3) Based on the report submitted by the committee in accordance with subsection (2), the council will decide whether or not to register the applicant's name in the register book.
(4) If the council decides to register the name of the applicant in accordance with sub-section (3), the registrar shall register the name of such applicant in the registration book and give him a certificate of registration in the prescribed format. If the council decides not to register the applicant's name, the registrar should inform the applicant.
